Climate Solidarity members Shawn Rickenbacker, Zihao Zhang, and Elizabeth Macwillie participated as panelists at Shaking Resiliency to Its Core: What Does Advocacy Look Like? during NYC Climate Week. They shared their research and preliminary visions for the Harlem Climate Resiliency initiative. CCNY and Climate Solidarity are part of the Northern Manhattan Resiliency Coalition. Savona Bailey-McClain, the Executive Director and Chief Curator of the West Harlem Art Fund, has been spearheading the resiliency initiative in Harlem. She formed the Coalition with support from the Climate Solidarity group.
