The College-Wide Research Vision (CRV) team participated in The Harlem 2032 Community Engagement Showcase on Thursday, October 12, 2023.  This event was held in person to provide a series of opportunities for networking and to hear presentations from a panel that included the CRV team.

According to the website, “This forum serves as the continuation of Harlem 2032, a decade-long initiative by which local community leaders and we at CCNY together address intertwined issues related to environmental and social justice facing our Harlem community.
We will affirm efforts addressing the impact of climate change, economic disempowerment, health disparities, inequities in housing and education, among other topics, while also affirming our neighborhood’s rich cultural heritage.”

The CRV team presented a vision of its overrall mission and informed the audience about its most current developments and ongoing projects.
